Angeli Kamantigue, LMFT

Angeli is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a passion for helping others cultivate a life grounded in value, peace, and authentic connection. She earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling from Point Loma Nazarene University and her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from San Diego State University. Her clinical experience spans a variety of settings, including residential treatment, university counseling, grade schools, and group practice.

Angeli believes in a holistic approach to healing and supports clients in connecting with additional forms of care—whether that’s a rejuvenating massage, a primary care visit, or other wellness practices that nurture the whole person. She understands that therapy is not one-size-fits-all; it should be tailored to each individual’s unique needs, history, and goals.

Her work focuses on helping clients understand themselves within the context of their environment and relationships, empowering them with the insight needed to navigate life with intention. Angeli integrates evidence-based modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy.

Angeli’s therapeutic approach centers on understanding the past—honoring the experiences that have shaped you while identifying what you want to hold onto and what you’re ready to release. Together, you will explore the stories you’ve inherited and the patterns you’ve learned, not to stay stuck in them, but to create space for meaningful and intentional change. Because people often accept the love they believe they deserve, she strives to help you expand that belief, deepen your sense of worth, and build relationships—both with yourself and others—that reflect who you truly are.

Angeli would be honored to support you in uncovering the parts of your past that encourage growth, letting go of what no longer serves you, and moving toward a life guided by clarity, alignment, and self-trust.
