Anh Hoang Lin is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). She earned her Master’s degree in Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy from Brandman University and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of California, Riverside. With a compassionate and client-centered approach, Anh is committed to empowering her clients to navigate life's challenges and cultivate meaningful connections.
Anh supports adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders (including bipolar disorder), psychotic disorders, personality disorders, and major life transitions including perinatal and postpartum challenges. Anh's experience includes working with adults and families in diverse settings including residential care, skilled nursing facilities, inpatient and outpatient care.
Anh utilizes an eclectic therapeutic approach, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT). Her style is warm, direct, and collaborative. Approaching each client with sensitivity and understanding, she tailors interventions to meet their unique needs and goals. As a second-generation Asian American, Anh provides a culturally responsive space for clients exploring intergenerational dynamics and self-discovery. Outside of her practice, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and running.
