Anh Hoang, LMFT

Anh Hoang is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California. She earned her Master’s degree in Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy from Brandman University and a BA in Sociology from University of California, Riverside. With a compassionate and client-centered approach, Anh is committed to empowering her clients to navigate life's challenges and cultivate meaningful connections.

Anh specializes in anxiety, depression and depression related disorders, life transitions, mood disorders such as Bipolar Disorder, personality disorders such as borderline personality disorder, Schizophrenia, Post-traumatic Stress Disorder, and trauma-treatment. With a background in community mental health and forensics, Anh has experience conducting therapy for individuals, couples, and families of all ages, diverse cultures and backgrounds. She utilizes an eclectic approach and draws from various modalities, such as CBT (cognitive behavior therapy), DBT (dialectical behavioral therapy), IFS (internal family systems), narrative therapy, and solution focused therapy. Anh approaches each client with sensitivity and understanding, tailoring therapeutic interventions to meet their unique needs and goals. Outside of work, Anh enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, cooking and running.
