Ashley Rambeau, LCSW

Ashley is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 17 years’ experience supporting individuals and communities as a Trauma Therapist and Clinical Director. She earned a Master’s in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago and a Master’s in Child Development from Erikson Institute.

As an experienced therapist, Ashley helps clients navigate trauma (especially childhood trauma), heal attachment wounds, unmask neurodivergent traits, recover from harmful relationships, and reconnect with the most aligned, empowered version of themselves. Ashley’s work is rooted in a decolonized, healing-centered approach that invites deep transformation, body, mind, and spirit, not just symptom relief. She brings warmth, transparency, and deep credibility to the work, grounded in empathy and fueled by a passion for helping clients reclaim their resilience and strength. Ashley creates an open, safe space built on authenticity and transparency, so clients can bring their whole selves without fear of judgment.

Ashley takes an integrative, holistic, and deeply trauma-informed approach, blending science with heart and meeting people where they are. When helpful, she incorporates mind-body practices to support the nervous system and restore connection. Her work draws from evidence-based and trauma-specific modalities, including: Brainspotting, Polyvagal-informed therapy, Somatic and Sensory Motor healing, Internal Family Systems, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Complex Trauma Treatment. Ashley is currently being trained in EMDR and will be offering this modality in the near future.

Out of the therapy setting, Ashley will most often be found outside, connecting deeply with nature. Ashley loves to go out on the ocean and connect with whales and dolphins. Ashley also loves live music, comedy, reading, and spending time with loved ones.

The human journey can be tender and painful, and also full of beauty, growth, and meaning. Ashley honors the wisdom held in your lineage, culture, and body, including ancestral ways of knowing and the practices your people used to survive, adapt, and heal. It is her deepest honor to walk with you as you reconnect with your truth, your strength, and your soul’s path.
