Ashley Svendsen is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Her clinical experience started at Chapman University, where she earned her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
Ashley has experience working with individuals, couples, and families experiencing a variety of emotional and behavioral difficulties. Her areas of expertise include: anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship issues.
She uses a future-oriented and goal-directed approach to help clients find solutions to their problems. She believes consistent, incremental change coupled with healthy thoughts can lead to a more satisfying life. Clients can expect to understand their symptoms, develop healthy coping skills and techniques, and utilize existing strengths to reach their desired goals.
Ashley is sincerely dedicated to helping clients create a path to wholeness. She provides a safe space for clients to process all life experiences with the goal of feeling empowered and optimistic.
