Bailey Arthur (she/her) is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who enjoys working with children, teens and adults to empower them while navigating life’s challenges. With experience in community mental health, outpatient care, individual therapy, group therapy and family therapy, Bailey prioritizes creating a warm, accepting and safe relationship with her clients in order to allow them to explore their thoughts, feelings and needs without fear of judgment. She is sincerely dedicated to help clients find their path, face some of their biggest challenges, heal, and reach their fullest potential. Bailey believes in the importance of cultivating a path towards wholeness through developing self-awareness, processing difficult emotions, implementing coping skills and increasing self-compassion. Healing can take many different shapes so she invites humor, playfulness, grief, sorrow and anger into the therapeutic space. No matter your reason for coming to therapy, her hope is that you will leave every session feeling seen, heard and cared for.
Bailey draws on an integrative approach, including Person-Centered, Narrative Therapy, Existential, Feminist/Humanistic, CBT, DBT and EMDR, in order to meet clients where they are at and tailor her style to fit each client’s unique needs. Bailey is passionate about working with clients from a systemic lens in order to address how culture, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, and other factors may be impacting their mental health. She is eager to work alongside clients who have experiences with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship and family issues, LGBTQ+, identity development, personal growth and more. Bailey is honored to be a part of your journey!
