Cassondra Hudspeth is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who, over the past 4 years, has worked with families, children and adults who come from low income and culturally diverse backgrounds. She has also been involved with specialty programs for sexual abuse treatment in her community and was a facilitator of an LGBTQ support group for teens in rural areas. She obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 2019 and earned a Masters in Marriage, Family and Child Counseling in 2021 from California State University, Fresno.
Cassondra's therapeutic approach combines psychodynamic and attachment-based theory, and training in EMDR, DBT, and IFS. Cassondra creates a safe, inclusive space where clients feel heard and supported. Cassondra also emphasizes the importance of using trauma-informed care into her practice. Known for her warm, empathetic style, she combines genuine care with constructive challenge, helping clients set personalized goals and build the resilience and skills needed to navigate life’s challenges.
Outside of work, Cassondra enjoys spending time with her two pugs and going hiking and camping. She has varied interests such as Star Wars, history, and enjoys relaxing moments with friends. Whether it's diving into a good story or enjoying nature, she values the balance of fun and connection in her personal life.
