Christina Solis, LMFT

Christina Solis is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who brings a warm, relatable, and collaborative approach to therapy. With experience supporting a diverse population of clients, she has guided children, teens, adults and families through a wide range of emotional challenges and life transitions.

Implementing a mix of evidence-based practices such as, CBT, DBT, Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy and somatic techniques, Christina helps people navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, people-pleasing, low self-esteem, body image struggles, psychiatric crisis (suicidal ideation) and major life transitions.

She’s especially passionate about helping clients become the author of their own story — learning to rewrite limiting narratives, set boundaries without guilt and live with greater self-trust and clarity.

Her work is rooted in cultural humility,  trauma-informed care and is guided by the belief that therapy should feel both safe and engaging — a space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow.

Christina believes in equipping her clients with practical tools they can use in everyday situations — whether that’s managing stress and anxiety, processing grief, regulating emotions, improving communication, or simply learning how to be kinder to themselves.

Whether you’re navigating a major life change, healing from trauma, or simply trying to feel more at home in your own life, Christina offers a grounded, real-world approach to growth and healing — one that meets you where you are and walks with you toward where you want to be.
