Danielle Minner, LMFT

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California, I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges with curiosity, compassion, and courage. I work with clients ages 12 to 50 from all backgrounds and identities, offering a space that is affirming, collaborative, and nonjudgmental.

My therapeutic approach blends evidence-based practices—including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Attachment-Based Family Therapy (ABFT), and Motivational Interviewing—with a human-centered perspective. This means I tailor our work together to your unique needs, values, and goals, emphasizing both skill-building and emotional insight.

I have experience supporting clients through a wide range of concerns, including PTSD and trauma, grief and loss, OCD, disordered eating, borderline personality disorder (BPD), chronic depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, ADHD, and autism. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, build resilience, and create meaningful change in your life.

Since beginning my practice in 2019, I have worked in community mental health, residential treatment, and private practice settings. These experiences have deepened my respect for the strength it takes to seek support and my belief that healing is possible for everyone.

If you’re ready to begin—or simply curious about what therapy could look like for you—I’d be honored to walk alongside you on that journey.
