Jennifer Iseri, LMFT

Jennifer Yi Iseri, LMFT, has been providing psychotherapy since 2010. She focuses on helping adults navigate anxiety, depression and mood disorders, trauma, relationship issues, and perinatal/postpartum challenges.

Her approach is direct, yet caring and compassionate. While she helps clients gain meaningful insight into their past and present, her work is focused on moving forward and achieving concrete goals. She blends evidence-based care with psychodynamic understanding, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, DBT skills, and IFS-informed approaches.

She is also an EMDRIA-certified EMDR therapist and has been providing this modality since 2015. Beyond treating PTSD, EMDR is highly effective for other conditions. The vast majority of her EMDR patients achieve resolution or significant improvement, even when traditional talk therapy was not as effective. Clients are encouraged to inquire whether EMDR may be a good fit for their needs.

As a second-generation Asian American raised by immigrant parents, she personally understands the complexities of growing up at the intersection of two cultures. It is deeply important to her that everyone she works with feels safe, seen, and valued. She is committed to providing an inclusive, affirming space for all people. Please know that all are welcome here.
