Jessica Taylor, LMFT
Jessica Taylor is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who offers a warm, supportive, and welcoming space where clients can feel comfortable showing up as they are. She works with individuals and couples navigating a range of challenges, including relationship concerns, anxiety, life transitions, trauma, and OCD.
While Jessica works with a broad range of clients, she has specialized training and experience in couples therapy, perinatal mental health—including trying to conceive, pregnancy, and the postpartum period—as well as trauma and OCD. She aims to provide thoughtful, compassionate care tailored to each client’s unique needs and experiences.
Her approach is collaborative and grounded in meeting clients where they are. She draws from evidence-based practices such as EMDR for trauma and ERP for OCD, while keeping her work practical, approachable, and relevant to everyday life. In working with couples, she supports partners in strengthening communication, deepening understanding, and rebuilding connection.
Above all, Jessica believes therapy should feel respectful, genuine, and supportive. Her goal is to help clients feel heard, understood, and empowered as they move toward meaningful and lasting change.
