Jewels Clupper, LCSW

“LCSW, Friend, Advocate”

Jillianna (Jewels) Clupper has specialized training in women’s mental health including pregnancy, perinatal, postpartum, reproductive challenges, hormonal changes, infertility, loss, grief, identity, body image, and the emotional transitions that often accompany these shifts in life. In addition to reproductive mental health, she works with clients navigating trauma, eating disorders, weight and body concerns, life transitions, perfectionism, people-pleasing, stress, anxiety, emotional burnout, and challenges related to boundaries, self-worth, self-love, self-esteem, relationship dynamics, and deconstructing dysfunctional patterns and beliefs.

Jewels believes healing happens when individuals feel safe enough to explore the parts of themselves that have been carrying pain, self-doubt, or unmet needs. She blends modalities such as IFS, EFT, CFT, psychodynamic, and somatic therapy. Together with her clients, she helps build tools to support and develop greater clarity about their needs and values.

Jewels’ style is compassionate and nonjudgmental. She prioritizes emotional safety while providing gentle challenges and honest reflections to support growth and insight. Together with her clients, Jillianna helps identify patterns that no longer align with who they desire to become, strengthen inner authority, set healthy boundaries, and cultivate deeper self-compassion.

Jewels’ work is rooted in the belief that therapy can be more than symptom relief; it can be a pathway to deep, meaningful transformation. Her intention is for her clients to leave their sessions together feeling safe, supported, and hopeful about next steps and the therapeutic process moving forward.
