Kali Murry, LCSW

Kali Murry, LCSW, CGP, CATP, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field, specializing in trauma, chronic illness, grief, LGBTQ+ care, and sex therapy. She works with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, attachment wounds, identity exploration, burnout, relationship challenges, chronic health concerns, and life transitions.

Her approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed, with a strong focus on helping clients feel safe, understood, and genuinely connected within the therapeutic process. She integrates EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, and somatic/nervous system-based approaches to support healing that goes beyond insight alone. She believes therapy is not about “fixing” yourself, but about understanding yourself more deeply, reconnecting with your strengths, and creating lasting change that feels authentic and sustainable.

Kali strives to create a space where clients can show up fully as themselves without judgment while building resilience, self-compassion, and a stronger sense of empowerment in their daily lives.
