Karina Chou, MS, RDN was born and raised in Orange County, CA. She graduated from the Didactic Program in Dietetics with a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Science, Dietetics from University of California, Berkeley. She then completed a coordinated program at University of Southern California, graduating with a Master of Science in Nutrition, Healthspan and Longevity. She has worked in a variety of areas including sports nutrition, disordered eating, chronic disease, and weight management.
Karina's love for cooking and curiosity of science led her journey to becoming a dietitian, and she is passionate about utilizing nutrition as a preventative and therapeutic treatment. She believes in empowering her clients to heal their relationship with food, while managing any health conditions or chronic diseases, focusing on long-term, sustainable healthy habits and wellness. In her free time, Karina enjoys cooking, spending time with her friends and family, and traveling.
