Kiley McGill, LMFT
“LMFT, Friend, Advocate”
Kiley McGill is a licensed psychotherapist and LMFT with dual master’s degrees in Marriage and Family Therapy and Clinical Counseling from Pepperdine University. She takes an integrative, client-centered approach to therapy, recognizing the complex interplay of psychological, relational, physical, cultural, and societal factors that influence mental health and overall well-being. Kiley works collaboratively with each client to develop individualized treatment goals and practical strategies that support meaningful, sustainable change.
Kiley has experience working with a diverse range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and bereavement, emotional dysregulation, life transitions, relationship challenges, and stress-related concerns. Her clinical approach incorporates evidence-based modalities including Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, CBT, DBT, and Polyvagal Theory, allowing her to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs, strengths, and goals.
She has specialized training in Polyvagal Theory for pain management under psychologist Dr. Les Aria and EMDR through the EMDR Institute. Kiley is particularly interested in the connection between mental and physical health and believes effective psychotherapy can support the whole person—not simply address symptoms. She incorporates psychoeducation, mindfulness, nervous-system regulation, and behavioral strategies to help clients better understand themselves and develop skills they can apply beyond the therapy setting.
