Lauren Boe, PA-C
Lauren Boe is a Physician Assistant born and raised in Southern California. She has spent the last few years working and adventuring throughout our country, most recently moving home from NYC to San Diego. She completed her bachelor's degree at UC San Diego and obtained her Master's Degree from Lincoln Memorial University DCOM. After working in primary care and urgent care in community clinics in NYC and San Diego, she decided it was time to specialize.
Lauren is passionate about psychiatry and finds great joy in helping people find greater functioning and understanding of themselves and their emotions. Her love of psychiatry started years ago when she completed extra studies in the specialty as part of her PA school education. She spends much of her free time studying and learning more in the field of psychiatry from industry leaders. She believes in helping a patient holistically and likes to help patients find ways to integrate healthy behavioral rhythms into one's life in conjunction with medication management.
Outside of medicine, she enjoys interior design, reading, international travel, and spending time with her friends and family. She strives to find a work life balance and cuddle with her fur baby, a cat named Love, as much as she can.
