Lily Blumberg is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in California, holding a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology and is also a Registered Behavioral Therapist (RBT) as well as a Certified Addiction Counselor. Lily specializes in assisting clients handle challenges related to trauma, addiction and eating disorders, as well as coping with stress from relationship issues, life transitions, grief and loss.
In addition to primary concerns like self-esteem and self-identity, Lily also addresses a wide range of issues including spirituality, mindfulness, self-compassion and meaningful connection to others.
