Michelle Martinez, LCSW

Michelle Martinez is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 7 years of experience supporting clients across a variety of settings, including community mental health agencies, outpatient clinics, schools, and hospitals. She earned her Master of Social Work from California State University of Fullerton. Michelle has experience supporting individuals across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, adults, and older adults from diverse backgrounds navigating a wide range of emotional, behavioral, relational, and life challenges.

Michelle specializes in helping adults navigate grief and loss, life transitions, anxiety, depression, stress, and career or academic concerns. She recognizes that each person’s experiences, strengths, and goals are unique, and believes that therapy should be collaborative, personalized, and responsive to the individual rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.

Her therapeutic style is person-centered, strengths-based, humanistic, and collaborative. Michelle works alongside clients to increase self-awareness, identify patterns that may be contributing to distress, strengthen coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and build on existing strengths to support meaningful and lasting change. She strives to create a safe, supportive, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, understood, and empowered in their healing process.
