Sarah Tynes, LCSW
Sarah Tynes is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience. She holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Gender Studies and Psychology and received her Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California.
Sarah uses a client-centered framework, grounding her practice in existential and mindfulness-based approaches alongside Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), with supportive elements of CBT and DBT. Sarah specializes in helping adults heal from grief, loss, histories of trauma, anxiety, depression, and burnout.
She also works with clients to cultivate self-esteem, navigate healthy relationships and boundaries, and reshape their relationships with food, substances, and body image.
