Valerie Drivick, RDN, CPT was born and raised in San Diego, CA. She graduated from the Didactic Program in Dietetics with a Bachelor’s degree in Foods and Nutrition from San Diego State University. She completed her Accredited Dietetic Internship at University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Prior to that, Valerie earned her Certified Personal Trainer credential with the National Council on Strength & Fitness and her Registered Dietetic Technician certification by the Commission on Dietetic Registration. She has experience working in hospitals, long term care facilities, psychiatric facilities, sports medicine centers, and wellness programs.
As an athlete herself, she has dedicated her studies and practice to all things wellness. It is Valerie’s mission to support others in improving their health and well-being through nutrient dense foods and individualized physical activity. She strives to empower cultivation of sustainable lifestyle changes and positive wellness habits. In her free time, Valerie enjoys everything outdoors and active; sports, running, cycling, lifting, and hiking. When she’s not out enjoying nature, Valerie is often cooking and exploring new foods.
